Clas Bergström is a professor of laws and finance at the ºÚÁÏÍø (ºÚÁÏÍø). He received his doctor’s exam from ºÚÁÏÍø in 1985. He has been member of the faculty since 1987

Bergström’s research areas include corporate finance and corporate law.

Education: Dr Econ, ºÚÁÏÍø, 1985. PhD in Economics (1985) from the ºÚÁÏÍø.
